Body Type Quiz (Somatotype)
A 10-question quiz on frame, weight gain and muscle response.
About this tool
Somatotypes came from William Sheldon's 1940s research. Modern science treats them as a loose description of tendencies rather than fixed categories: nobody is purely one type and your training, diet and age matter more than your label.
The quiz scores your answers on three tendencies and gives practical suggestions for each. Use it as a starting point for experimentation, not as a diagnosis.
How to read your result
Most people are a blend. The strongest tendency is only slightly ahead in many cases.
