1. Using the service

You must be at least 18 to use The Body Report. You agree to upload only photos of yourself, and only where you have the right to do so. Do not use the service to analyse, rate or harass another person.

2. Not medical advice

The tools, reports, guides and AI outputs are for information and education only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and are not a substitute for a qualified professional. Do not ignore or delay professional advice because of something you read here. See also the Disclaimer. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating, use the service only together with a clinician. Calorie and macro targets are conservative estimates and never below safety floors, but are not individual prescriptions.

3. Accuracy

Measurements from photos and formulas are estimates and can be wrong. Results depend on the quality of your inputs. We do not guarantee any specific result from following a plan.

4. Purchases and refunds

The Body Report is a one-time purchase delivered digitally. Credits are one-time packs and do not expire. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. If an AI generation fails, credits are returned automatically. Prices may change; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

5. AI previews

AI previews are illustrations, not predictions of how you will look. They may contain errors or artefacts. We apply safety rules and may refuse requests that are unsafe or inappropriate, including anything depicting extreme thinness or unhealthy body change.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of your photos. You give us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the features you request. See the Privacy Policy for how they are handled and deleted.

7. Our content

The site, tools, text and design are owned by the operator and protected by copyright. You may share your own result cards and link to our pages, but you may not copy or resell our content or scrape the service.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer paid features, or upload unlawful content.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
