Ideal Weight Calculator
Four historic formulas and a modern BMI range, side by side, so you can see the spread rather than a single magic number.
About this tool
The Devine, Robinson, Miller and Hamwi formulas were created to estimate drug doses and clinical targets, not to define beauty. They give slightly different answers, which is the point: an ideal weight is a range, and it depends on frame, muscle and body fat.
We show all four, their average, and the BMI 18.5-24.9 range for your height so you can pick a target that fits your body and goals.
How to read your result
A 5-10 kg spread around the formula average is normal.
