Body analysis that shows its working
The Body Report is a set of 30 free tools, a personal report, and a library of plain-language guides for understanding your body's shape, proportions, posture and composition. It exists because most body calculators give you one number with no context, and most body-scan apps ask for your photo without explaining what happens to it.
What we do differently
- The method is on the page. Every tool lists the formula it uses, the reference ranges, and where it tends to be wrong.
- Photos stay on your device for the free scans. Pose detection runs in your browser using an open model.
- No ideal body. Ranges describe typical and healthy values and never tell you what you should look like. The Body Attractiveness Test scores only measurable proportions, shows its working, and says plainly what it cannot see.
- You correct the machine. Every auto-detected landmark can be dragged, and your adjustments raise the confidence of the results that depend on them.
- Fair pricing. Measurement is free. You pay once for the personalised plan, and only if you want it.
What it cannot do
A single photo cannot see inside your body. Photo-based circumferences are estimates, body fat from a tape formula is an approximation, and posture angles from one image are indicative rather than diagnostic. The Body Report is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or screen for any condition. If you have pain, a medical condition, or concerns about eating or body image, please speak to a qualified professional.
Where the numbers come from
Formulas are published and widely used: Mifflin-St Jeor and Katch-McArdle for energy, the US Navy circumference method for body fat, WHO and NIH ranges for BMI and waist-to-hip ratio, the 0.5 waist-to-height guideline used by UK clinical guidance, and the normalised fat-free mass index for muscularity. See each tool and the guides for details.
