Progress Photo Comparison
Compare two photos with a before/after slider, and line them up with zoom and offset controls.
About this tool
Progress photos are the most honest way to track a body-change goal because the scale hides muscle gain and water shifts. The trick is consistency: same lighting, same distance, same pose, same time of day.
This tool runs entirely in your browser. You pick two images, drag the divider, zoom and shift the second photo to match the first, and download a side-by-side image to save or share.
How to take a good scan photo
- Stand 2-3 metres from the camera with your phone at chest height and your whole body in frame.
- Wear fitted clothing or swimwear so your outline is visible, and stand relaxed and natural.
- Drag each handle so it sits on the correct point of your body. Handles you move turn green, and confidence goes up.
How to read your result
Take photos every 2-4 weeks. Weekly changes are usually invisible and demotivating.
